Has anyone got visa after making fresh application??

Hi
I believe that any individual can re-apply within 28 days after his/her appeal has been refused but I couldn't find any person who got visa after making fresh application through PSW 50K route after refusal. Please share your experiences if anyone got Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa after refusal through PSW 50K route.

I think yes they might do. As it is considered as a rotally new case.

thx for yr answer. few more questions if u dont mind. did they ask for any additional document after fresh application? how long did they take to give decision? was it a sole application or joint and was the money in yr acc or third party? thx

I was called for an interview, i submitted fresh documents . I had to show that my company had started trading .The new application was considered on it's own merit. I have to cover all the loop holes in my failed application. The funds were held in an overseas account in my own name.

@ pat could u plz help that in fresh application did u used the same company or u open new company. I have been refused and i m in UT at the moment plz advise in detail wht u submit with ur fresh application again did u open new company or apply with same company and if you apply with same company the company will be old more then 1 year how can we justify that plz reply in detail it will really help for me.

Depends on the circumstances of your last company. We got visa granted in Feb after reapplied. In 2nd application you have to make sure that all documents are done professionally and up to date. Need more info pm me.

YES sheikh, certainly you can use your old company if your company has been trading other wise no point to use your old company.

This is what I tried to explain couple of people but they did not listen & in the end found them in dark room. when we reapplied means in 28 days time you have to prepare docs not like your refused application docs. otherwise no point to waste your money.

i am in same situation,my appeal refused from UT and then i re-apply fresh application and i gave bio-m again and gave tele interview 2 weeks ago,now waiting for result.
hope i got visa soon.

My application was rejected cause I didnt put my clients emai and telephone in the contract and then the appeal was rejected by the FTT. I have been reading up on making a new application:

You must have been registered as self-employed or a director of a business within the last 3 months before submitting your application as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur). If you were registered earlier than this you will still need to provide evidence that you were registered in this period.

1)Could someone please explain to me how I am able to prove the above? I have been trading since June 2013 and have built up a solid foundation I dont want to start a new one and lose the impact of my application.

@ Fonzo, certainly you don't need to start new one. Simply order a new CAR from companies house (get it by post with £3.00 invoice). As I understand you're already trading and you seem quite confident about it, I'm sure you'll make it this time as long as your documentation is precise with nice presentation.

Apart from other required docs, I would suggest you to send as many docs as possible related to your business / trading business like:
2-3 contracts,
Some invoices (ideally of the same clients)
2-3 months business bank statements
Original companies house / HMRC letters (i.e. registration docs/communication/taxation docs),
Previous year's annual return (if company is older than 1 year & submitted to companies house),
Insurance (if don't have it suggest get one), B
Business plan / market research (doesn't have to be a complete one but it should answer all the questions about you / your business - this will really help the case worker to decide your case quicker). I strongly suggest applicants to spend some time & write your B-plan / market research on own & in own words.
Would also be a good idea to send your designation & job description.

If your business is trading well & you provide well presented documents be assured to have your approval really quickly..! I've been through your situation and got approval / BRP in 4 working days after biometrics.
