Eea resident card quastion

I get eea resident card for 5 years valid to 2018 My partner want apply next year for Indefinite leave to remain He is her 7 year eea nation If he apply for ilr what happen with my resident card ? I need apply for new visa or 2018 will be more difficult for me ? What is the best idea ?

By ILR I presume you mean Permanent Residence confirmation following EEA3 application.

It will have no affect on your current Residence Card. In fact it will make your PR application (after 5 years) simpler (no need to provide tons of documents as evidence of treaty rights. Just the PR card).

When my husband apply for resident card eea3 and get it is mean he have ilr ? My resident card with is valid to 2018 because I married eea nation will be still ok in 2018 i can get pr We affraid sometimes uk get out from eu or will be get problem ho making for polish people ;( we want secure our future that why our question When ask layer he said my husband don't do it eea 3 because after I need get new visa for uk rules Thank you for help Jambo

EEA3 applcation is under the EU rules and provides a confirmation of PR status which is similar to ILR (which is under the UK rules). Getting EEA3 will not change your status and you will still be under the EU rules. Don't worry about the UK leaving the EU. Even if that happens, I don't see that affect people already in the UK.
