hearing without barister help plzzz

hi guys have already spend 1000s of pounds on visa matters thats enough now am not paying barister so am going at my own any suggestion did anyone went on its own at hearing plzz reply thanks

@ shah4404, if you decide to represent yourself at the hearing, then you need to familiarize yourself with the court environment by attending the court where your hearing is listed for a full day to observe proceedings. You will actually find that its not that difficult except if you are unlucky to come accross tough Home office representative who may decide to ask you series of tough questions about your business. Apart from this, I will say there is nothing difficult in representing yourself if your refusal reason/s are straightforward. Just make sure you prepare your bundle very well.

thank you for kind info am pretty much scared now because my funds are not available only half of the funds and 1 contract but funds were available till refusal day do you think if my appeal refused can i get tier4 visa as i only need visa till 2015 june then i can apply under the 7 years child concession i have only did mba in my whole 7 years in uk 2 years student 2 years psw 2 years work permet and 1 year tier ent suffring plz reply thanks

@ shah4404, I think that since you have only spend 2years under student visa, you should be able to apply for another masters or PHD programme. The student route might be your best option as you can apply for ILR within the next 3years after completing 10yrs in UK unlike the child concession where you will have to spend another 10years on the private life visa before you will be able to qualify for ILR.
