Made fresh application on 13th Nov 2013
Funds overseas in personal account
Biometrics on 25th Nov
Approval letter 9th Jan
BRP & Documents on 14th Jan

I am travelling in the same boat as you went through.
Applied on 20 May 2013 for Entrepreneur Visa as a team of 2 with 50k in our U.K bank accounts.
PSW Visa Expired on 22 June 2013.
Refused on 19 June 2013.
Hearing on 6 Jan 2014
Appeal dismissed on 10 Jan 2014

Lawyer screwed up the case as we were not guided properly.

We submitted the print out of the Home page of our website but our names and contact details were mentioned in the Contact Us Section and we didn't submit the print out of the Contact Us Page.

I submitted my bank statement of 25000 + 900 as well as my partner submitted his of 25000 + 900. We also provided letters saying that we have access to each others' accounts..

So the refusal letter said 1)no contact details were mentioned on the web print out. 2) Bank statement submitted was not in our names 3) No bank letter submitted saying that we have access to each other's accounts.

We went for the hearing on Jan 6, 2014 but our case was messed up as our lawyer just sent my bundle and not my partners' so the appeal was dismissed.

Would you advise us to make the fresh application as you did and at the same time go to the Upper Tribunal for which we got accepted 4 days ago as I have heard both could be done simultaneously.

Today is my first day browsing on this website and yours the first post I came across.

I will advise you to go for the fresh application only when you are sure that all your documents fulfill UKBA's requirement.

If your current visa is already expired then you will not get any chance for the appeal, I am afraid.
You can go for the judicial review though.
Be positive you will get it Insha Allah!

Hello Klodhia,
We got recently 2 reapplied visa's been granted. The best option for you to reapply with fresh, up to date and professional material. Do not take any chance. BEST OF LUCK
