Hi Moon_Khan,Moon_Khan wrote:Hi Ali,
Congrt, please can you share what's documents you submitted?
1.As full time employment, i worked at 5 different hospitals, I will try to get a response from each one (wish me good Luck with that)zeee123 wrote:Hello,
Firstly I think it does not matter at all of u r in route to ilr via tier 1 but did u apply as company director salary/ dividend or as a full time employment.
Also was your application postal it did u go to PEO?
And when did you apply?
Secondly I think if that is the only thing holding your application back then just get this letter somehow and send it to him instead of wasting your time arguing about the fact whether it was valid for him to ask this doc in your application although not required.
Hope it helps and please answer the rest of questions.
Good luck !
I believe an email from your previous managers will be sufficient. They can make it quite simple and specific on dates. They should also note that it was paid vacation. You will be fine. Wish you the best.1.As full time employment, i worked at 5 different hospitals, I will try to get a response from each one (wish me good Luck with that)
2.it was a postal application (unfortunately), sent 07/10/2013, Acknowledgement letter dated 11/10
I agree with you i am not going to fight with them over that!
Many Thanks for your response, i also think it is will be useful for future applicants to be aware of that!
i doubt if they will give you issues because of the 1 week holiday when you were unemployed. I think the point they are trying to establish is that you are majorly residing in the UK and you have not taken up employment outside of the uk during this period. To what i think, the worst that can happen is to regard these days as absent but in overall is negligible so it can be disregarded.NORTS wrote:I traveled abroad for one week while i was in between employments (i.e unemployed) will that cause any troubles?, can someone explain to me why it is important to provide evidence for very short leaves and to prove they are covered by paid leaves!
i think i still keep my electronic ticket for that trip, and it was a holiday.
I think this may help:Psalm wrote:NORTS wrote:I traveled abroad for one week while i was in between employments (i.e unemployed) will that cause any troubles?, can someone explain to me why it is important to provide evidence for very short leaves and to prove they are covered by paid leaves!
