I am with you as well, guys. I sent my application on 2 June, money taken on 9 June. I really did think I had a very straightforward case (EU citizen here for 13 years, and married to BC for 7) ... Yet, here we are, 4.5 months onwards, and frustratedly seeing lots of people getting to queue-jump after having applied long after me (I know that's not their fault, but only of how inefficient and random the relevant HO people seem to be...). The worrying thing is that the badly-named 'help line' are actually not even allowed to tell you if your application has been successful, so if, say, the brown envelope has gone missing in the post, I don't know how we would ever know... I am honestly despairing by now...boone wrote:I feel your pain. My application was acknowledged by the Home Office on the 29/05/2014 and still have not heard anything. Can you post as soon as you hear anything, thank youLcj wrote:Not really we are there still waiting, I applied 27/05/14 and still no news yet. It seems to me no difference between UKBA and Homeoffice.
