Called today and I have been told that my application is still in process . I told them that I hadn't receive the ackn letter at all. The lady said that she will request one to be sent, but It's been few months already , I now care more about the decision .

Guys, thank you so much for this forum, was getting very frustrated waiting especially that I had to leave for work abroad for few months.. I guess I have to bother them calling to get an update as it's getting very long now .. Can get a phone number to try please ? What do you provide as reference if I didn't even received an ackn letter . Many thanks in advance

The number on the first acknowledgement letter and the one i received from case worker regarding some clarification e needed are both different, but give it a try with whatever info you have at the mo.
