Westminster advised me that it was likely to be at least a three months due to the passport backlog. Apparently, staff working on naturlisation applications were seconded to the passport office over the summer but they are now starting to return to naturalisations.

+443001232253 is their contact number, as far as i know you will not know the HO reference number for your application unless the case worker has contacted you for something.
