very important thing that i had a conviction in 2009 but i did not mention n my ILR appliacation nor n my Citizenship Application but still with the grace of Allah i got my result possitive.

Since I lived in Belfast before, additional PSNI checks were done (DAT1 form..etc), which took additional 3 weeks.

i called 2 times home office but they said still application in incomplete.

Hi guys,
I've got an update to add to your statistics.
Applied on 24.10.13 via NCIS in Croydon. The fees were taken on 7.01.14 and today I received the approval dated 27.02.14.
So a little bit over 4 months.

Here is a message to all October applicants waiting:
The reason you haven't received your approval is because you applied in October! UK Immigration 101- never apply in a month when there are new rules! Due to the new laws on 28thOct, there was a massive surge of applications which resulted in a backlog. So your application along with SET(O&LR), SET (F&M) are all piled up in one room with no one touching it. On the other hand, January applicants have their applications nice and fresh into a new room which isn't back logged. Hence why their application is getting approved quicker!
