Many thanks Fred. I didn't call to Home Office. I was checking status on royal mail as i enclosed special recorded return envelop and i had the tracking no.

Till 9:30 pm yesterday, it was showing same status 'Come back later..............' on royal mail website but at 10:00 pm yesterday (when i check again just after half an hour), status was changed so i knew that documents are on it's way. I received this morning approval letter. I hope this will help.

I did used option 3 once but got the standard response.
Option 2 is a longer wait on the phone, but I think they provide a more accurate updates.

I wouldnt advice to stick to what HO says if contacted, they said I should receive something in around 2 weeks, but was posted the same day I contacted. Pretty quick for 2nd class which may be unusual.
