From this forum we've had one fee deduction that we know of from an application received by the UKBA on October 29th, other than that it's all Oct 25th or earlier. Hopefully late next week or the week after we'll start to see fee deductions for November apps. On the positive side, though, the last 24 hours have seen real progress with approvals from October and that's good news for everyone.
I think the problem is that we haven't really seen a major improvement for applications submitted after 23 October. In their standard email response, the HO states that during busy times it may take up to 7 weeks before they debit accounts so does that basically mean that all accounts should be debited before mid-January?
