Method of application: NCS Kensington and Chelsea
Date of receipt by UKBA: 16/09/13
Date of debit of fees: 23/09/13
Date of acknowledgement letter: 21/09/2013
Date of approval letter: 28/10/13
Date of Ceremony: 19/11/13

I just wonder if anyone has a similar timeline to me? I has been more than a month but I had no response from UKBA neither any money has been deducted from my account. I did contact UKBA by email but I got a very unhelpful response.

Its very strange.I send my app.on 14th October and my fees was taken on 6 of November,and 11 th Im get the letter.
So wait 2 days more or send the e-mail with a question.

Im waiting since 02.02.2013 I did call them always same answer . I did contact MP last Saturday waiting for there respond .I go mad with them but what I can do ?

hope you receive it by monday if not received today. It looks like they have posted all approval on 14 th nov for all applicants upto 10 th october application date. Next lot will be posted next thursday in that case

contacted HO via email , answer was no decision has been made

Thanks Moha1212. It seems the standard answer from UKBA. I contacted UKBA and almost immediately they responded that "No Decision has been made"

We don't have a separate topic for November 2013, which I can understand as the number of applications has been more of a trickle since October 28th. All the same, if we are not going to have a separate topic, it will be great if November applicants can make themselves known here. Apart from myself I could only see 4 applicants so far (innocentdevil, sam800, ah_kassem and reachren). There have to be a few more than that.

I know we'll be waiting a while but let's fill in the time gaps for an accurate picture.

From reading the forums, kinda wish I applied earlier so the damn payment can go through! A dreaded waiting game by checking bank balance online for the last 25 days!!!

Dont worry its through the loads off applicant done there app on October but you will be charged by the end of next week so just dont think about it

You will receive just one letter which is confirming that your application for citizenship has been approved and they invite you to ring your local council in order to book the date for ceremony.

Hi thanks for your reply , however I received my approval letter also it mentioned that I will receive a invitation within two weeks and not to contact the local council please advise

Not sure about what you can do in this situation, other than wait for the invitation letter. My parents received just the invitation, not another approval letter up front.
