I have called and emailed HO for status and they finally confirmed today that a decision was sent out yesterday and have refused to tell me the status. Now am so nervous not sure wot to expect as my application was not so straight forward. I had to declare a CCJ I had last year but was unaware of when I applied for ILR. SO not sure if my application might be rejected. Just so stressed

the cause of the delay is that many ppl rushed to apply before the 28 October changes , thi smeant there is unusual number of applications and the system is overwhelmed

I have emailed on NationalityHelpdesk@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to find out the status of my application as still no acknowledgement is received nor the fees is debited and they said it could tale up to 7 weeks to send acknowledgement and up to 6 months to process the applicaton....
