Myself- by the way I phoned you two weeks back and you told me to call after two weeks.

Lady- no your name is not on the arrived certificate list and recently home office faced some it issue so may be your will come with next delivery.

Lady- no sorry I have no clue but normally it comes Tuesday wed..so may be next week.

Lady- September one is full now so end of October ....we only do one ceremony a month.

... they told me what is the fault.

So, what is that fault please skyiswide?

Fault is technical. ..in their system it is not letting them print off the letters so no letter have been sent out recently. It is a software fault. And even in the meantime some applications getting aproval but again they ae not able to print out those letters..some of them....so they decided not to send out any letters before system being fixed. You can ask your local mp to email them for accurate information.

It has been received by UKBA last Friday.

Hi, I had to re-submit my payment slip as when I received my acknowledgement letter I was advised I had not included the payment slip.

I found this odd as I double checked I had included the payment slip with my application. Anyways I posted the payment slip again on the 16/05/2013, UKBA received it 20/05/2013 and my Fee was debited on the 10/06/ 2013.

I have email UKBA twice now regarding the progress of my application and both times I was told " no decision has yet been made on your application."

I have received a reply from them yesterday and they told me what is the fault. They also told me it might take some days to week ...but assured that they are working to resolve technical issues and I should be received the letter shortly. So I think ball will be rolling soon. Cheer up everyone.

I emailed ukba for an update on my application and was told that an invitation letter was sent out on the 19th of July. Since i did not receive the letter i sent them another email on 3rd Aug and was told that another letter will be sent. A couple of days ago i again checked with them for an update and was told that due technical error they have yet to print out the letter and would do so a soon as possible... Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Since i did not receive the letter i sent them another email on 3rd Aug and was told that another letter will be sent. A couple of days ago i again checked with them for an update and was told that due technical error they have yet to print out the letter and would do so a soon as possible... Is anyone else facing the same problem?

I Emailed Home Office On Thursday 18.07.13 Asking Them If They Have Sent Any Further Correspondence After The Acknowledgement.

I Got A Reply From The Home Office This Morning At 09:22 Hrs Stating The Following (Thank You For Your Email Below, I Can Confirm That No Further Letters Have Been Sent Since That You Received On 20th March 2013. Your Address Details Are Held Correctly On Our System.)

Then I Got Another Email From The Home Office At 14:18 Hrs Stating The Following (Thank You For Your Email. I Have Checked Our Records And Can Confirm That A Decision Has Been Made On Your Application. The Decision Letter And Any Supporting Documents Should Be With You Shortly. If You Do Not Receive The Decision By 5th August, Please Contact Us Again.)

Now The Actual Wait & Suspense Starts What The Decision Is + When The Post Man Is Going To Bring The Brown Envelope. Will Update As Soon As The Brown Envelope Arrives.

Alhamdulillah, Thanks To Allah & Prayers From My Family & Friends Finally After 152 Days To Be Exact Of My Application Submission To The NCS I Have At Last Received The Approval Letter + Invitation Letter. Called The Council To Book The Ceremony But They Have Not Received Any Certificates Yet For The Past 3 Weeks So They Told Me To Call On Friday. Will Update The Ceremony Dates Once I Manage To Book. So 1 More Down From March Applications. Keep Your Hopes High Every One Waiting Will Get Your Soon Insha Allah.
