From acknowledgment (26/06) to approval (05/07) was 8 WORKING DAYS!! I'm so happy and I would have never thought they would approve so fast!

I showed the minimum amount of papers. Between 2007 and 2010 just employment and between 2010 and 2013 both several employments and self employment. For self employment and employment I only showed the summary made by HMRC with company details start and end dates and how much I earned and paid + HMRC paper stating when I started self-employment and all years I've been self employed+that I'm still self -employed and employed. No other details provided in relation to self employment: no receipts/invoices, website, etc. So HMRC papers are taken in very high consideration.
Nothing else also in relation to my addresses. As the HMRC paper includes the companies number, it seems they don't need proof of address.
Just filled the form, added the HMRC paper, passport, life in the uk test (original) and got this record fast approval.

I really recommend NCS as they are very good at helping + you'll keep the documents. Newbury was first class!

I applied early this month and didn't include a special-delviery envelope with my application. I received my acknowledgement letter this morning. Is it worth sending a self-addressed special delivery envelope to the naturalisation team now and asking them to send the outcome in this envelope, or should I just bear the wait? I have noticed it is taking 10-12 days for second-class post outcome letters to be sent.

Unfortunately, I am in the same position. Applied via NCS Bromley on 08.05.2013. I have sent an email to UKBA to enquire if they have sent me any further communication after the acknowledgement letter as i am concerned that it might have been lost in post. ...No reply yet !
I also spoke to Bromley council to enquire if they receive a list of those who have been approved...no they don't !
