No confirmation email or text from TNT. Despite receiving the email from HMPO that it was printed and sent on the 21st, I was only able to track it from the afternoon of the 23rd, and the delivery date was initially for the 25th. Thankfully I tracked it again last night and saw that the delivery was changed to today (the 24th), or else I might not have been in to receive it. In all, it took around 26 days from when the application was submitted online.

My final update! Received my supporting documents today. Once again, no confirmation email or text from TNT. I just happened to check the TNT website using my passport delivery details last night and noticed that the delivery of my supporting documents was due today. Everything was in order, but the naturalisation certificate was a bit crinkled. I had included an A4-sized piece of card stock when I sent my documents out, and they sent this back, so maybe that helped stop the certificate from getting folded or ripped as others have reported.

So, in all, it took around 39 days from when the application was submitted online to receipt of my UK passport and supporting docs. Glad it's finally over! Good luck to everyone starting or working their way through the process.

26 days since application started being processed and no news! I rang them several times and every time I am told it has passed initial checks and that an examiner needs to do final touches and approve! I told them I got BC in 8 weeks! and the passport is taking longer than that!
I escalated and now waiting for processing team to call me this week to explain why there is delay!..
