I told you that you would hear from them within saturday very likely as they gave your email replyAstrid24 wrote:I just received my approval letter! As I suspected, they were probably almost done with my application and only needed the documents to finish it off. My application was very straight forward, the only reason it was delayed was because I didn't know I needed to enclose those other documents with it. So don't forget documents guys! Check to make sure you've enclosed everything they need.
On my letter it says I have to wait for the ceremony letter and not contact the council. I'll try my luck and contact the council anyway. Haha. I'm very happy. It's such a relief!

Bteawithlemon wrote: How do i inform the HO tried calling and i got answer machine with 2 options 1 if your application is less than 6 months and then it says this call will now end
Second, I dont think you need to inform the HO, although you went to court for this dispute, you could hold on to yourself, there is no way the HO will know because the court is not going to turn up and sent the HO information about every single person who attends court....
If you attended because of Driving offences then the record will be easily picked via your Driving License....
If I was you I would just leave it , sit back and chill
Dont open Fire on yourself, then you 'll regret your actions when they tell you ok because the fine was issued in Court you have to wait for 3 years...I guess Gurus will possibly agree..
l don't think RoyalFLush the above message you have sent is a TIMELINE....so how are people going to follow your instructions when you can not follow them yourself...having said that please dont respond to this message unless its a timelineRoyalFlush wrote:Gents, when the following message is stated over and over:

All the best....
Once again folks this is not guessing its an accurate calculation of timelines.
Method below
Disclaimer: This method will only apply to straight forward applications if your application has niggles and complex it will definitely take as long as they wish probably up to half a year before you can say anything...
please also Bear in mind things can dwell for months on straight ward applications too or get done exceptionally fast which is usually a mistake than intentional...
Date of application= Useless whether by post or NCS.
1. Date of Acknowledgement(DoA) on the letter received is where things start its the real date of application....usually concides with date of debiting your account. Note: if the direct debit date comes later it should be used as DoA as there is no way UKBA can start your application without taking your money! Just in case didn't know folks UKBA is not a charity:)
From this date(DoA) count a good twenty days to approve a straight forward application note: always round off to the nearest number that will act as zero
example 1.if your date (DoA) was 8/5/13 then for calculation purposes make it 10/5/13 in your head...another example2 (DoA) 3/5/13 then for calculation purposes make it 01/5/13 in your head
2. Date of Approval(DoAPP) taking example 1 above if if your date (DoA) was 8/5/13 then for calculation purposes make it 10/5/13 in your head then after twenty days internal approval by UKBA should be made on the 30/5/13(DoAPP)...which is the date(DoAPP) you will see on your letter of approval then it will take ten days to reach you in the post.
3. Date of receipt of Approval( DoR) using example 1 we can add ten more days to (DoAPP) making (DoR) 10/6/13 this is the very day the post man will come knocking on the door if your (DoA) is 8/5/13 ...most applications that are straight forwards will fall in this range...of course we give or take three days to make up time wasted tea breaks, small talk and bathroom breaks that UKBA takes. If (DoR) falls less than ten days it means your local Royal Mail service in your area is top notch...but ten days is just about right.
so why not calculate yours and figure out when Mr Postman will come round with that approval and hopefully not a letter for you to send more documents
Application dated 25th April
Debit of money 7th May (rounded to 10th )
Date of receipt should be around 10th June !!!!
No Niggles in my application, no fines, cautions.
ILR and married to BC
THAT IS USELESS DONT KILL TIME LINE TABEL PLEASE. WITH THAT USELESS INFO IM ALREADY 4 MONTH STILL WAITING AND I HAVE NO THING PROBLEM AT ALL.
Follow the calculation l have supplied....might be wise to make your (DoA) 30/04/13 the forward zero is always better probability with UKBA which means your internal approval should have been about 20/04/13 and by now you should have received yours .....if you have a very bad ROyal mail postal service you should get this week if not then am suspecting some niggles so my calculation might not work for you but keep hoping you should get it with in their time frame of less than half a year good luck though!Sorry2 wrote:Eligibility criteria: 6 Years ILR

You got it in one go......looks like you have a straight forward approval on its way coming to you around 10th June depending on your postal service you can give or take three days so come monday 10th you should answer you should answer every door bell knowing it might be the approval. This method works and puts you at rest no setting unrealistic goals. Definately you getting yours before end of next week! Dont be surprised if you get abit earlier about three days so this saturday might be a joyful one but your best bet is Monday 10thPeterpan81 wrote:With this timeline calculation and according to your method, mine should have been approved on 30th MayKennavarro wrote:See Most recent approval of Pheena fall exactly under the calcution l have filled in the bits to make you see the light.Pheena wrote:Eligibility criteria: ILR (SET M)
