I saw NCS poeple fill in ceremony sheet, and send with the application, and the caseworkers at nationality group just blindly follow that ..

Instead he/she should look into the application form, and then write down the council of choice

I am one of those applicants from October yet to receive the approval. I am anxiously waiting as I am planning to move to the Netherlands soon and the BC will make things easier for me. I share others frustrations at UKBA's lack of response. Now, they don't even speak to you even if your application is more than 6 months old. They just have two different email addresses for less/more than 6 months.

I received the approval today, yay! They sent it to the wrong council. Instead of sending it to my local council, they sent it to the one I applied through.

Hi all,

Can anyone let me know when to apply for naturalization?

I came to UK on 20 Feb 2002

Completed 10 years in UK and applied for ILR on 20 Feb 2012

ILR received on 20 Aug 2012

ILR issue date 15 Aug 2012 and expiry date 20 Feb 2022

I understand that I need to complete 1 year before I apply for naturalization BUT I don' know that when will this 1 year gets complete!!

Would I apply for naturalization on 20 Feb 2013 or 20 Aug 2013 ?

Your year ends on 15 August 2013 , so you will have to apply after that date meaning from the 16th August 2013 .

still nothing, 3 and half months, why not give me half fees back, why somebody has approval in 3 weeks look like premium service and somebody has waiting long time for same fees I am understand that no all case is same but difference 3 months and more is too much for process that all my mind sad and still waiting no next choice for 27 april ;-(
