I plead guilty by post, and was fined by the court 3 points + £210 all incl. However went ahead and submit the application, and it was successful. I mentioned all in the application form and ticked the box for traffic offences. My personal experience is to be honest in the application form and do not hide anything, and leave it to them to decide and hope for the best.
