Other updates
Within the acknowledgement letter it was mentioned that credit card was denied.
Contacted UKBA on the 26/04/12 to pay the fee, but couldn't get through at first and when fanally did, it was n't successful as cashiers only work from 10 am- 4pm.
Contacted them again on 27/04/12 and after about 9 attempts and 3 hours painful wait finally managed to pay over the phone.

Intrem update:
Rang home office yesterday for an update(in a tricky way) the lady over the phone was polite and helpful, she informed that applications are complete and you will reveive letter in the next 2-3 weeks. Keep fingers crossed.

I wanted to apply through NCS and they wanted me to present some documents which I thought were not necessary and I have lost them a few years ago. Out of frustration, I left the NCS office and went straight to the post office and post the application myself.
