Emailed FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk on 05/11/23, got a reply on 06/11/23 saying my application has been approved and the approval email could have gone to spam otherwise should be received within 2 weeks.
Three days later I tried to book a ceremony on the council’s website and it worked.
Today, 13/11/23, I finally received the approval email.
It took 5 and a half months. My patience came to an end on a much more efficient time scale. Don’t let yours!
