7 weeks &1 day from submitting till approval
P.S. I called the HMPO every week to enquire the progress with no straight answer.
Only in yesterday's call a decent person told me that the application was allocated to an officer for full examination on 03/09 and I should keep an eye on my email for further progress. and today recieved the approval email.

I will 100% encourage applicants whom applications are late to give them a chase

Looks like we got unlucky as based on other posts here application should have been approved by now, but we got instead last week status update to ‘being processed’.. so looks like it will be 7-10 weeks for us… because its already 4 full weeks and 2 days, but I will keep updating… thanks all…

PS: frustrating we really need to leave soon, but can not dye to some strange delays and no way to speed up things…
