FWIW, the tracker didn't update of passport being printed or dispatched in my case, I just got Royal Mail's text saying my passport is received from HMPO.

I was a bit nervous that everyone else got approved within a day or two, but maybe the queue is a bit long. I followed up every week through the webchat. Hope this timeline settles someone's mind if yours didn't get approved immediately like mine does.
