No credible information on my UK passport. This is just driving me insane!

17 Dec.: New consignment number appeared on TNT website with 17 Dec. delivery date -- not delivered
18 Dec.: TNT tracking updated to 18 Dec. and delivered my passport

Guess what? I'm waiting for TNT. 9th was a Wednesday, the delivery was scheduled to the 14th.

14/12: Got a "we missed you" email from TNT. They are lying. No one pressed the buzzer, no one knocked at the door. I managed to reschedule to the 15th.
15/12: Got another "we missed you" email from TNT. Same rubbish. Originally I managed to reschedule to the 16th, but they summarily changed to the 17th.

Their tracking page says:

I don't know what that means, to be honest.

TNT said on 11 Dec., it would be delivered on 14 Dec. -- called this morning and they said they haven't even yet scanned it on their system. Current delivery says 15 Dec. but hardly believe that.

I need to travel urgently, unfortunately, and this process, albeit nowhere nearly as excruciating as any other step along this process, is a little frustrating but hoping to soon get there in the end.

It wasn't delivered on 15 Dec. as was claimed it would on TNT tracking. I called TNT for the 5th time yesterday and they said "we haven't received it from Passport Office"!! Passport Office said they've sent it to TNT. No more news from either side. TNT are telling me to take it up with the Passport Office. Noone knows where it is. This is just insane!
