After almost 3 weeks without any response from HMPO I decided to send them an email asking if everything was fine with my application. I was told that my application had been transferred to HMPO Durham. I received a response on 12/11, on 17/11 they approved my apllication. I was applying from overseas, Poland, and had no interview. Passport was sent yesterday, today morning I had it in my hands. I'd say it's a very efficient service, given I applied from Poland, and it took them around a month to process it. Very pleased.

Nothing delivered after 1 week so called on 11/11/2020 to check status. They gave me the DHL tracking number and expected delivery date of 12/11/2020. Other expat Brits have reported receiving an SMS from DHL with tracking number and delivery date, but I didn't get anything like that.
