I contacted them but as usual it is the COVID excuse, I telephoned them to no avail, I contacted my MP who their team said they have been in contact with them twice but they told them my case is considered "Complex" that's why it is taking long time to resolve !

It took our MP to write to the Minister asking to investigate whether the management of our case was valid as there were no apparent reasons from my perspective why it took one year to reach a decision about our application. less then 3 weeks from our MP's letter we received the decision. It is really sad that it took an MP intervention asking for investigation about a delay for supposedly straight forward family application for the home office to decide.
