For timeline relevance, there was a 2 month delay as they requested further info at the end of July, but for some reason didn't process my response (I had read receipts) and re-requested the info towards the end of September saying my application was on hold as they hadn't received my response, so I can only assume had they processed the response correctly, the approval would've been 2 months sooner.

Wait over! Just FYI - I received the letter from the council inviting me to the ceremony held on the 8th of Nov before I received an email with approval and ceremony invitation from Home Office Atlas, which was a bit odd. Also on the 8th of October I had an email sent to me with the survey from the HO which perhaps hinted that the application was approved already by then.
