Apparently, they emailed me on the 16th of August that my qualifying date was wrong as I was not in the country on the date I put down in application.I searched my email and there was nothing from CT1. They then gave me a call on the 1st September as they haven’t heard from me.I checked email and there was nothing from them. They emailed me while on the phone and I emailed them back the same thing they emailed me to say I agree with them starting my application at a later date that originally put down. 17 days later it was ready.

For those still waiting please stay patient and positive. Had to add to this as this forum helped me to manage
