Some maths to save others the trouble of analysing the forum:
for applications submitted in 2021, average and median processing times from application date are ~75 days, with standard deviation of about 30 days. This means 15% applicants get their approval in 30 days, half in 75 days, 85% in 100 days. Maximum time so far is 140 days. It seems that an increasing number of applicants are not receiving a separate approval notification, they get it together with the ceremony invitaton.
