Final update:

Citizenship Ceremony: held on 17th April via Zoom; was just me but no extra fee and was able to invite any amount of friends and family to join the call. Warm, friendly registrar - made everything easy on the email comms prior to the day and made me feel really welcome during the ceremony, which lasted 15 minutes.

Certificate: Registrar said she will send by recorded delivery on Monday 19th and to expect it by 20th or 21st.

So it seems the are not sending emails but by post instead ; some people who were at the ceremony never got anything at all and in fact when they chased they realised the letter got lost and their certificate was sent back, so it's worth checking after 6 mths from date of application
