Grandparents details are not applicable to naturalised citizen. If you go at end of guidance booklet and check the tables you will find the red cross in section of grandparents details for naturalised citizen.
Yes coming to the point of parents details so as I am naturalised citizen and my both parents were born abroad so I gave their DOB's and places of births but as I didnt have any record of their date of marriage so I left that blank. So that wasnt an issue . In interview they will ask you about your parents details as its just needed for id checking thats it.
thanks very much for make it clear tulip11

thanks tulip11. as you said just to be safe better to send my expired passport too. Regards
just one more thing tulip11. when I checked passport application section 4 it says ( if both parents were born abroad, we will also need the full name, town, date of birth and date of marriage of your grandparents ) ? thanks

I haven't got mine yet (interview in the morning, and the original documents were returned to me earlier in the week) but all I sent in (for an individual application) was my naturalisation certificate, current passport, application form, appendix with grandparents' details (which didn't fit on Section 8 of the form) and two photographs, one of which was attested across the reverse.

It's more than 8 weeks since I have applied for passport. Every time I call them they say your application is going through routine scrutiny checks.
Is there any body else who is been waiting since so long. Please share

Dear all, a quick question, can we have a different address on passport application form than from address used for naturalisation? I got naturalised today after ceremony and is going to apply for passport soon. Im moving out with my friend and the new house is on friends name. Your answers will be of great help.
