Had to renew my own passport whilist waiting and submitted the new one in May.

Chased FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk in July. got the standard reply on 4 Sep that it will take longer to process.

Requested SAR in late July and got email on 5 Aug they will give me a response within a month but still not hearing anything.

1st complaint made on 25 July and on 14 Aug received the reply that they are unable to uphold my complaint.

Also got another email from NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk on 6 Sep that my application will not be processed under 6 months.

Endless waiting is really frustrating....
