Hello,

My husband has just got his approval and will do the ceremony next week and wants to apply for the passport same day.
I had some passport forms at home as well as I have picked up some from post office too. Now I have just noticed there are 2 different addresses on the envelopes and I do not know which address is correct. I have a Durham address and Peterborough one. Which one is the right one?

Both are ok, but one passport office can be more busy then the other one, which we don,t know until we start writing the name of the passport office every individual is sending his application to. They are Peterbrough, Liverpool, Durham, london, Belfast , Newport, Glassgow.

My application was sent to liver pool passport office by post office check and send service and after more than 12 days I have no response but king has gone through every thing and should get his passport tomorrow. We both send our application on the same day. But he does not remember which passport office he sent his application to, since no body even bothers to see what is the address written on his application envelop.
So I think from now on if every body starts writing the name of passport office his application gone to, will be help full for the The forum members. Since some are more busy than others.
So I am starting my time line with the name of passport office and others may do so as well.

my application was received on 04.08 by tracking number and then I received SMS on 06.08.

Congrats and Mubarak for the approval.
I'd recommend 'Apply Online' option. It's much easier plus you can track the progress of your application as well. Fill out the required fields and at the end of the online form, there's an option 'print your conter-signatory declaration'. Get it printed and once signed by a counter-signatory, send it(along with the required documents & photos) to HM Passport Office. It's the easiest, hassle-free, and cost-effective option.
