Hi, I just called the number and the man on the phone did not even tell me if the application was received by IPS i mean like why most of the people here contacted them and been able to find out ? He only kept on repeating if I want to find out anything about my application i need to call after 3 weeks of submitting it.

Ahhh not good... yeah they're inconsistent. If I were you, I'd call again (hide your number by entering #31# followed by the phone number above). Say you are worried because you did not receive SMS confirmation and worried that your documents may be missing, etc.

Royal mail delivery confirmation: 14/04/15
SMS confirming receipt by IPS: NA - never actually received a text. Ended up ringing up on the 13th to check on the progress of my application as I was worried it may have gotten lost in the post. Was told by the progress department it had been received on the 10th and was already in IAB.
Date of return of documents: 17/04/15 but dated the 14th
Date of receipt of interview letter: 18/04
Date of Passport Appointment: 22/04
Date of Passport printing sms receipt: NA
Date of Passport Receipt: NA


Considering it says to allow for up to 6 weeks, processing times seem to be extremely fast this time of the year which is quite pleasing! What I will say though is it doesn't look like many people are actually receiving texts of receipt so it could just be that because processing times and turnover is so quick, it could be that there not sending them, so try not to panic (like I did) if you don't receive a text. I originally wanted to book my interview appointment in Liverpool but was told they didn't have any available appointments til early may , but was told Birmingham had available appointments everyday next week, so have booked for then and will be commuting down.

When you receive the letter about interview, does it give you the date and location of it or do you need to call somewhere to book appointment?

They will ask you to call to book your appointment. They do not include any interview date/place in the letter. When u make the call, they lol ask you where and when you would like to have the interview, using your postcode.

Hi yes he send letter form confirmation of counter signatory details like company name ,business address , phone number and so profession and all details need on company letter head . He send on 16/04/15 . Let's see what happen now. He received on a letter 14/04/15.
