Hi everyone, I have been checking this website daily, trying to ease the anxiety of waiting for a positive outcome. Hope my post helps someone in the same way.

Here’s my timeline:
Eligibility criteria: Non EEA Spouse of EEA National (I am Brazilian and my husband is Dutch - we have been living here for nearly 12 years, and I have PR for 3 years. I have worked on our Ltd Company as a Buyer with a 18 months gap to stay home with our son when he was a baby)

I had previously applied for ILR, despite the fact that Irish citizens are settled here in the UK from arrival, so I provided that, both passports (dual-nationality with another non EU country), LIUK exam result, a load pf P60s, bank statements and council tax bills.

Was told by the bod at the UKVCAS office that their checklist only listed my passport... quite different to my checklist.

Didn't include proof of health cover, not sure if I need to show this, as I was working through my own LTD company for a number of years. I do have it, however no one asked me for proof during my ILR application.

Notes:
-I sent two Travel Documents with all my travels up to April 2018 and the rest of the year was covered by letter from my employer. I also provided a letter from my previous employer and 3 years' worth of P60s just to drown them in evidence.
-I emailed the HO on two dates (late October and 5 November) and got a standard "will take a while" reply the first time, the second time, however, I requested information on whether anything was posted to me and they actually replied that nothing had been.
-I will post an update later re passport as I might have issues, having changed my name after getting married but as a refugee being unable to change the 'previous nationality' passport. Could be fun.
