Questions to those who are already with passport.

1. When applying they ask to countersign a photo. Is it exactly the same photo that will be printed in your passport or they do a separate digital photo of you? I have a passport photo that I extremely like so would want it to be in my passport.

2. Do they send passport with normal royal mail or use these useless couriers? We are at work all the times so couriers are very inconvenient as they usually deliver only 9 to 5 business days and quite often they don't tell you when exactly at all. I remember how painful it was to receive IRL BRP card year ago.

3. Do they require my ILR card for any step of passport application?

update: received letter (dated 16/10/2014) today (21/10/2014) stating that my naturalisation certificate needed amending as it did not have a date! I rang the council office who conducted the ceremony and they will add the date for me tomorrow. I believe this should have been done by them at/prior to the ceremony. Pretty f**ked off really.
