I've been using the case ref no to track application because when I used my biometric ID it said 'decided' but wasn't showing any dates. Case ID still says 'awaiting decision'(but also doesn't show date the update was made). Rand the HO about the refs and was told still awaiting because Biometric ref is showing results for ILR a year later (odd!).
