Its been well over 9 months since the dste of application. I have called HO several times but they keep saying decision has not been made yet. It is absolutely absurd that they provide this sort of service.

Alhamdulillah, the God is serve is great. My application was not straight forward. Due to solicitor ill advise and HO error, overstayed my 6months visit visa by 58 days before applying for asylum.

Hi,

I will like to thank everybody in this forum. with all the approval updates, we had a good idea of the timeline of HO. Here is the timeline for my wife's approval:
Route- 10yrs LR + 1 ILR
Applied- 07/04/16 ( JCAP)
13th July 2016- She received a letter from HP demanding her original passport and original degree.
11th August- Received approval.
She is still waiting for the 2nd letter from HO to book her ceremony, but we are pleased all is over for us.
