British Passport application processing timelines (only)

Am I the only one who has yet to receive Passport after Interview then, Seems most people get theirs few days after, I had my interview on the 12th April and yet to receive the passport. I sent my application to Durham office and didnt get interview letter until about 3 weeks later.

I had interview on 10 th April and still no
passport received. I had a call from hmpo Peterboroug.they wanted to clarify my name .. They got confused between my surname and first name during the interview. After clarifying my name they said the passport will be ordered for print soon. I am expecting it on Tuesday/Wednesday. Very disappointed by the whole process

Interestingly I am still waiting, not in a hurry to be honest just wondering out loud... Interviewed on the 12th April by the way.

I am sure your is on its way - if you haven't already received yours. I received mine last Tuesday.
I will advise calling peterborough or durham directly. I had a phone call from peterborough office enquiring about my surname and first name. I am not sure how they got confused.

I informed them of moving to new home to change of address: 15/04/2014
Account Drop with my cheque no: 22/04/2014
I have not received my original documents, interview leter. I have also called several times to know the status but my application does not appear on their screen despite give them my barcode. I don't know what is going on and I am concerned, as today make it the 5th week of waiting after applying

Can anybody advice me please?

Hmpo made a mess of my interview hence the week extra delay. In hindsight I wouldn't have chosen reading hmpo .. But all is well that ends well

Hello,

Please could you let me know if you received your original passport and the new British passport together in the same post, or separately? I originally applied via Check & Send and have paid extra for the return delivery of my original passport via Royal Mail.

the reason why I am wondering is because I went for an interview last Saturday, still have not received back my original passport yet
I got a note from DX earlier today about unsuccessful delivery. I have arranged a redelivery for next Tuesday. I was wondering if the DX will only include my British passport, or my original passport as well? I would expect to receive my original passport separately from Royal Mail but getting so concerned now that I haven't received it yet?? it's been a week, I would expect to have received the original docs already.

Any advice/opinion appreciated!!

British passport and original pp/docs comes separately. Both will deliver by DX. Sometime it takes time don't worry u will get these soon
