I think it should be fine.
I think you have applied through the NCS and They checked the docs before posting the application. So, the case worker will rely on the docs
And because you made your application in August, I think its just away from the corner.
Did you gave you biometrics already????

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum after being directed by a friend. Looks like a wealth on knowledge here and wish I had known about this before as it would have helped me with my application.

Anyway, I applied for naturalisation in August 2015(See timelines below). Late November, my ILR BRP was lost during a visa application process (for a different country). Since then I have successfully got a replacement card for the BRP by mid Dec. Will this loss of BRP impact on my naturalisation application? The ID number on the old BRP and new one is different?

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!

Purely conjecture, but maybe your council does not have dates to propose for the ceremony yet; so maybe wait ten working days (i.e. 12 Jan) and then contact the Home Office or the council.

Normal the acknowledgement letter is the same letter that asks you to go and do your biometric within 14days. I am supprised yours does not.

Has anyone been contacted by email by a caseworker. I was asked to provide a scanned copy of a document. I obtained the document and emailed it back to the generic email address as per the request on December 17th. So far no reply. All I'd like is an acknowledgement that the document I scanned was sufficient and the case worker received it. Does the HO slow down in the last couple of weeks in December? It seems that could be the reason for the delay if many people are taking holidays for Christmas. Just curious if anyone else has been asked to provide information via email in the same way as myself and then experienced a delay in being acknowledged. I understand they're busy and all and don't ask out of frustration. Just want to find out if this is fairly common and not out of the norm. Thanks for anyone who can let me know.
