It was dealt with by the Peterborough HMPO, the process went really smoothly but I struggled to get early interview appointment at the Luton passport interview office and of course had delays with delivery. I'm sure you will understand if I say, overall the ppt application process went really well at this stage

Anyone ever experienced issue with their passport delivery, Dx secure gave me a date and tracking numbers for my items but never turned up as schedule, made several calls to Dx and they kept assuring me it will get delivered as scheduled but at the end of the day never turned up.... Can't wait to call them in the morning, I wonder what's going on.

You will be alright TTOE. It did happen with me as well for ILR card but eventually they did turn up!

Thanks dadageer, I'm just waiting to give DX customer service a call this morning. I can't remember the last time I got so worked up like that, having to wait all day for nil delivery. Anyway, I will update the group on how things go.

Don't worry mate my referee didn't write her name either and she said she never did before. She has been a referee for quite a few applications already and they all got approved.

Hey. Your referee should put- I certify that this is the true likeness of xx xx your name. Then he/she puts her name under it, signs it and dates it.

What are the benefits of using them, and if I apply through post office should I use DX secure?

U don't need DX secure at all. HMPO uses them if u pay the extra £3 for secure delivery of your supporting docs and delivery of your travel passport.
