what number can we call to book your first passport interview?

Do we need anything else other than the reference number to book interview?

Call the number on the interview letter you received and of course you need your reference number.

TTOE ...when you applied for you and your Mrs...did you receive 2 letters for booking interview? On for you and one for your Mrs? With different reference numbers? I got mine ...but I didnt get my Mrs' letter...applied together in the same envelope...please let me know.

Yes, we got 2 letters, 1 for each of us and of course two reference numbers. The two letters came in the same day.

Hello, can someone help with this? I just picked the passport application form from a post office and the address on the white envelope is of Durham DH97 1PA. Now I have seen quite a few of you complaining about slow processing time of Durham office...how can I send it to Peterborough? what is the address of Peterborough office? I also want to avoid Check and Send.

You can send directly by special delivery method to identity and passport service, Aragon Court, Northminster Road, Peterborough, PE1 1QG

Just wondering..shouldn't it be

Her Majesty's Passport office instead of identity and passport service?
Reason being the white envelope I got with the application has Durham address but at the top it says "Her Majesty's Passport office"

The envelope I have with me is addressed to identity and passport office which I used to send my child application and they got it. Hope this helps.

Passport got delivered pretty quickly post interview , how long does it takes to get back supporting document/Indian passport ?

Congrats keepsim. In some instance you do get your supporting documents before your interview and sometimes you get them back after your passport is delivered. Call DX Secure to find out if they have delivery for you, they will need your post code and name.
