Method of application: NCS Tower of Hamlets on 7-Sep-2015
Date of receipt by UKBA: Not sure
Date of Ack. + Request for re-payment (CC payment failed): 22-Sep-2015
Date of debit of fees: 8-Oct-2015
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: WAITING
Date of receipt of approval: WAITING

Other Updates: I moved houses mid september which was pre-planned and mentioned in my application. However HO still sent letter to old address. Many Thanks

Payment still not taken!
Hello all, I have sent my info through the NCS with Hampshire County Council. I send off my payment details and then got a letter stating that I hadn't submitted the Payment form, (despite having a reciept from the NCS proving I did). I have since resubmitted a payment for form and it was received in the 14/10/2015, but they have still not taken payment, nor confirmed that they have received that application, is this normal as I was told that payment would be taken quite quickly as it was one of the first things that they do?

Thanks for your answer. Have you requested them back or this is the "normal" time to get them back? If you requested them back did you completed a form or how exactly did you do it? Has been 7 days since I've send them and I haven't got them back yet.

Thanks again
I requested them online and told them which ones I specifically wanted and for what reason . You cannot request the documents if your application was received in the last 10 days . I did my biometrics first then requested as it was 20days since my application was received .
Great.Thanks again:)
