Hi guys,

We got the acceptance letter today dated for the 6th October. I will update the timeline shortly but just so you know we applied via NCS on 1st May. They certainly have taken their time to process.

Good luck to the rest of you still waiting. I'm sure it's just round the corner!!

Letter states that they will send out a confirmation for the ceremony in approx. two weeks time. I will also update the date as and when that happens.

Decided I wasn't going to put up with the bullshit of UKBA like I did for my IRL. So already contacted my local MP and going to let them deal with. So frustrated with the process. Thought the idea of using a NCS was to make things easier for them.........

Today I have received home office letter which said they are unable to process the application within six months. Now they aim to process the application by 29/12/2015. Any body have any experience, pls share.

I am starting to wonder whether there is any correlation between those that have IELTS versus ESOL and the approvals. Maybe those that have ESOL will have difficulties when the policy changes in November and I would be one of them. Please let me have your thoughts and maybe we could get the English exam type added to the spreadsheet.

I have called Home Office today and adviser said they do not have access to the data base and they cannot tell me the application status. Only the thing they can provide some advice (general). She said if I do not hear by end of next week then call again then she will provide some advice. Any body have any comments....
