I have called Home Office today and adviser said they do not have access to the data base and they cannot tell me the application status. Only the thing they can provide some advice (general). She said if I do not hear by end of next week then call again then she will provide some advice. Any body have any comments....

Congratulations! it is quick response (by HO standards), i wonder if they just randomly picking applications or there is a method for their madness!
I think mine is straight forward except that i have 3 points on my liscence for from speed camera and unfortunately i didn't declare..i will see what happen

Hi guys and senior member please give me advise

I applied my daughter mn1 on 24/04/2015
Friday they send me refusal letter. Stating that she is not having ILR/ILE

She born in India at that time, I got Ilr and her mom got flr m visa. My daugther got with till august 2015.

Later on I got British Nationality on that basis I applied my daughter naturalization and I change my wife wife to ILR.

Now I got British passport and my wife got ILR but my daughter visa expired on 20th August 2015. Please suggest me how I am going to apply baby ILR.

Yesterday spoken to home office, he said u can go for reconsideration or else apply for baby FLR FP visa.

Consult some solicitor they are saying that u can apply baby ILR by post.

PLEASE ANY SENIOR MEMBERS ADVICE ME.

If you hold British citizenship and your wife is gotten ILR as at when you applied for your baby then your child should be registered under Secretary of State discretion. Perhaps you didn't stated on the application form that they should consider your child's application under discretion. Having said that, you should apply for reconsideration under discretion.
Although home office rule state that the child must have been in uk for a minimum of two years. The application is not likely to be successful if any of these requirements are not met.

I send my application for reconsideration, and my daughter is only for 8 months in UK. I am waiting for reconsideration. If application not approved than, is I can apply for SET F because her visa is expired one month before; your advise would be much appreciated.

HO asked for Original Certificates for qualification + NEW self assessment summary
Sent them Both.
Somehow was not able to see Tier 1 General category any more at HP website so sent the copy of old HO Self Assessment Summary.

Anyone with such case?

How long does it take for HO to come back after sending them docs in Original?

Applied separately as they requested on the initial day 20.08.15 that I had to provide proof that I am paying for the CCJ I currently have. The Registrar lady at Benfleet was really nice and helpful and she spoke to HO who stated that I needed to provide proof of settling the payment. Brought confirmation instalment letter and receipts of what I had paid as proof to the 10.9.15 NCS appointment. It's just waiting now.....
