Still no acknowledgement letter from home office. Seniors ... plz Guide as acknowledgement provided by NCS Hambelton while submitting applications mentioned that i should get acknowledgment from home office in 2 weeks time but now 4 and half weeks gone nothing .

they recieved application on the 2/6/15 fees deducted on 14/06/15 still no ack letter,no biometric letter to date

I have been a resident in the UK for 10 years, I had read I was eligible to apply for citizenship based on my long residency!

One year has gone by and still no decision. Of course I received the customary 3-6 month letter in January 2015. Second five year resident permit has now expired, and my employer is now starting to get concerned!

Hi all I applied for Naturalisation December 2014, I had my document return June 23 2015 application refused on good character ground.

I was arrested and given caution in March 2013 for drink and disorder, that was my second encounter with the police and they manage to convince me to sign electronically and police officer note pad. long story about the fairness of the caution, I told the police that am not guilty and I haven't done nothing wrong and in my head I did not know that I have being given a caution recorded in PNC.

I did not declare that on my application as I honestly did not thought I hard a caution, I was told my application is likely to be refused for the next ten years from the date of the letter due to deception not declaring the caution. I have contacted the police for them to look in to the caution all I was told is that I will have to go to an appeal court if I want to the caution revoke and all they saying is I sign the caution.

I don't have any criminal record, I have being arrested once before for argument and release without caution or charges, I have being working and studying throughout my stay in the UK, just recently serve a Jury for two weeks, never recourse to public fund since entering the country.

I was given reconsideration form please help me with any useful information and advice. I cannot afford to challenge the caution due to the cost.

The automated system at the home office disconnects calls (automatically ofcourse) if the applications are under 6 months old
