I think you choose either option 3 or 4. Leave both, with more and less than 6 months ones.

How do you phone them? When I phoned the number I had an option if my waiting time was over the 6 months and if it wasn't (I'm 2.5 months in) I had no option. What is the contact number to check?

Just one - single person, no spouse/partner/dependants, no overstays or anything. I'm only a little anxious because I'm meant to go abroad for work for business soon and I'd like to at least get the biometrics out of the way before that, given that the letter gives you two weeks to do it - the guy at NCS made a point of emphasising this.

Still waiting for them to take my money - it's been a month already :(
It might be due to the numbers of applications. If you have any questions just phone them up.

Ziuta, more or less applicant do you think?
Every year follows the same pattern. Increase numbers around March (just before any change or increase in price). April and May are really slow and all other months are back to normal average. As I said before if you have any doubts just phone HO. How many applicantions? My guess I as good as yours... Especially with recent developments in Tunisia , Kuweit and France I bet they will be more thorough. Patience ... Is my only answer
Applied: 02/06/2015
Fee deducted: 13/06/2015
Acknowledgement letter: 16/06/2015 (dated 13/06)
Biometrics: 16/06/2015
Approval: 28/11/2015

You will not get answer to this question here. Those who do not work for Home Office simply do not know (and can only speculate), and those who do cannot disclose it because it's sensitive information.

But if your application is fine- then just relax, no need to worry unnecessarily. Life goes on, there are other things to worry about.

I got my acknowledgement letter on 13/06 but still haven't got biometrics letter. Is this something to worry about? I was told by NCS that since I have already provided biomterics during ILR stage, I wouldn't need to provide them now.. but looking at the comments from all, everyone seems to have got biometric request. Can someone please confirm?
I think you will have to go for BIOMETRICS for naturalisation as well but not sure on how long does it takes after payment deducted.

the home office is really organized, and they follow their target %98 of applicants will get their decision within 6 months what it means %16.6 every month, some times the outcome of a month is %0 and the outcome of another month is %33.33.
this month, the first of it was for Jan applicants, and the end of it is for Feb applicants.
it is nearly 6 months and few applicants from Jan still pending, and 5 months and a lot of Feb applicants still pending.
