Opt for secure post and they will deliver at your place. If you are not at your residence, they will leave note with tracking number.
Go to the DX website - www.thedx.co.uk/delivery and you can rearrange next business day delivery at your work address.
This is exactly what I did. They are pretty good and will aim to deliver in person to you.
Another option is you send a self addressed special delivery envelope with your application and give them instructions to send it back in that envelope. They will respect your choice and act accordingly as long as the instructions are precise and clear.
