I came to UK 2001 and 2003 for 6 month i stayed without visa due to loss of passport , at the time i let UKBA know and things were find .after that I submitted for student visa and got for 3 years .
2011 i applied for ILR and rejected due to that incident , I applied in 2014 where i built up yet another 10 years lawfull stay and successfully got my ILR .
now for naturalization would the overstayer cause any problem .
please please advise .
I have lost my passport in burglary in 2004. I have got duplicate passport and again got remaining visa from ukba. i have not faced any problem to get ilr on that situation. now i have applied for naturalisation. hopefully inshallah it will go smoothly.
Masud,
You should be fine, I had lost my passport before I applied for spouse visa, I got a new passport from my country (India). Had no problems with a UK Spouse Visa, then again I applied for ILR last year and was granted it with no problem. Six months later I applied for naturalization on the 5th March' 2015 and was granted it on the 28th March' 2015. So you should be fine with your passport. Good luck.

You don't have to, as it's taught in English.

It will need to be the new form now, as there is a new section for biometrics.

Well according to this thread and on of my friend, whoever applied after 20th March is being delayed to deduct fee which is strange. All I can assume is they delayed it deliberately because new form came on 29th of March with new fee and they will decline most of the applications now that fee couldn't be taken off account and will send your forms back so when you apply again, you will have to use new form with new higher fee, otherwise there can't be a reason to delay almost every application made in last 20 days.
I hope it's wrong.
