IPS said interview letter was sent to me on 30 March. I still have not received it. Neither have I received my documents (paid extra for secure delivery). Getting really worried that IPS either posted to wrong address or letters got lost in the post... Any suggestions?

NB: Its almost 7 weeks now. They sent a 2 letters to my counter signatory and the letters never arrived. They then sent a letter to me saying they have rejected my counter signatory and that i should fill a new form with a new counter signatory. I did that and today they informed me that they have sent a letter to the new counter signatory. Just praying that it will arrive as this is taking way longer than i ever expected.
